Certified Residential Appraiser

CMA or FULL APPRAISAL
Which is Best for You?

Why Get an Appraisal?
An appraisal determines an estimate of the fair market value of your property.
What is a Full Appraisal?

A full appraisal is one of  the tools used by financial institutions to determine whether or not they will be able to loan money against the property.  It is also used by sellers to determine what they can expect to get from the sale of their property and used by buyers to ensure the sales price is accurate.

What is a CMA?
CMA stands for Competitive Market Analysis. A CMA provides a "guesstimate"  of what your property is worth based on sales of similar properties.  While it is not as comprehensive as a full appraisal, it does give the property owner an idea of the value.
What is Best for You?
Our company provides a FREE CMA for properties that are listed with our Real Estate Agency.  We provide Full Appraisals for homeowners planning to sell on their own and for properties that are unique and do not lend themselves to the CMA approach.  Please contact us for a Full Appraisal Proposal.  You determine which service is best for you.
